You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and families improve their lives and experiences by supporting them in getting their needs met. You will provide valuable support and guidance and contribute to the well-being of our community

For all roles a clear enhanced DBS check, clean driving license and your own transport are required. The work is highly flexible and other than attending meetings as required, can be done at a time that is convenient to you. Hours will vary according to the number and complexity of requests for support.

Independent Social Worker – Self Employed

We are looking for experienced, compassionate and innovative, qualified social workers (Social Work England registration required), ideally who have experience of working with children/young adults with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities and their families to join us.

Advocate – Self Employed

We are looking for experienced, compassionate and innovative, Advocates to join us.

Ideally you will have a qualification in Advocacy such as a Level 2 Award in Independent Advocacy,
the Parent SEN Advocacy Training Programme, or above; and experience in advocating for
children/young adults with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities and their families, however
training and support can be provided.

Family Support Worker – Employed

Ideally you will have a qualification in Advocacy such as a Level 2 Award in Independent Advocacy,
