Parent & Carer Alliance C.I.C. is delighted to offer families a fantastic opportunity to enjoy a heavily subsidised two-night family adventure holiday in Devon.

We know that family holidays can be expensive, particularly for families of disabled children and young people. We want to make it easier for families to take a break, enjoy new experiences and spend quality time together without the usual financial pressure.

Join YHA Okehampton Activity Centre for a fun-filled weekend of adventure, family time and exciting activities delivered by the YHA team.

💚 Just £20 per person for the whole two-night stay!

Your £20 ticket includes:

• Two nights' accommodation.

• All food provided during the stay.

• Activities delivered by the experienced YHA activity team.

• Opportunities to try new experiences, build confidence and make lasting family memories.

Important information before booking

• Family supervision: Parent & Carer Alliance does not provide childcare or deliver the activities. Activities are organised and delivered by YHA. Parents and carers remain responsible for supervising their children and young people at all times, including during activities.

• Safety and suitability: All families must be able to participate in a way that maintains the safety and wellbeing of themselves and others. Please provide honest information about individual needs, support requirements, triggers, risks and any activities that may not be suitable. We will use this information to consider whether the accommodation and group arrangements can safely meet everyone's needs.

• Travel: Transport is not provided. Families must arrange and pay for their own travel to and from the venue.

• Booking fee: Tickets cost £20 per person, with separate adult and child tickets required so we know who will be attending.

• No refunds for cancellations: By booking, you are committing to attend. If you decide not to attend or cancel your booking, refunds will not be available. If Parent & Carer Alliance has to cancel the holiday and it cannot go ahead, your ticket fees will be refunded.

• Booking confirmation: Submitting a booking does not guarantee a place. Bookings will only be confirmed once we have reviewed room configurations, accessibility and safety requirements, and established that sufficient tickets have been sold for the holiday to proceed.
