You understand that these photos and videos may be used for the following purposes: 

• Display at future events  

• Publication on the Alliance Website and social media platforms 

• Use in the Alliance’s promotional materials 

• Other purposes as deemed necessary by the Alliance 

You acknowledge that your right to access and review the photos and videos taken of you and request their removal if you are not satisfied with their use. 

You understand that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the Alliance in writing or via email at admin@parentandcareralliance.org.uk. 

You are aware that personal data collected through photography and video recording will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Alliance’s privacy policy.
