Flourish Learning Alliance has been established as a "test and learn" initiative, designed to develop and deliver the flexible, responsive support that is needed within the county. Our approach enables us to provide highly individualised education packages and tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each young person. We work holistically with families, schools, and wider services to ensure that support is coordinated, effective, and focused on positive outcomes.
Please find below our referral form. To enable us to process your enquiry and provide an appropriate proposal, we would be grateful if you could complete both the referral and funding information sections.
Once these have been received, we will prepare and send a quotation based on the identified needs and provision required.
