HAF/HAP Feedback Form

We hope you and your family enjoyed a HAF/HAP activity this holiday.

The Alliance is very interested in feedback on the process to book activities for your child(ren) during the Holidays.

Filling in the Expression of Interest, communications about how to book during the Soft Launch (usually 2 weeks before it goes live) and setting up your account on the Family Hub.

All our funding relies on feedback please help us to support more families by giving us feedback on our work.

It also will help us make long term improvements and all suggestions are welcome.
