We hope you and your family enjoyed the funded Short Break. These partially funded short breaks are only possible through the support of our partners. To continue to provide such opportunities we need to provide them with feedback.
We therefore request and highly value your feedback and please request you complete the form below.
It also will help us make long term improvements and all suggestions are welcome.
The feedback and support you provide us does make a difference and through our associate program we are able to give first priority to subscribed associates who provide feedback .

All those who give feedback will be entered into a monthly prize draw for a £10 Amazon Voucher.
Each time you provide feedback for a different event or for support given an entry will be put into the draw - the more feedback, the more entries!
The first randomly selected winner will be drawn on January 8th 2026, all subsequent draws will be on the 2nd Thursday of the month.
