Event Information
20th August 2026
Set up from 8.30am
Event Open from 10am to 4pm
Take down from 4pm, leave site by 5pm
Location: The War Memorial Recreational Ground, Kingshill Road, Dursley, Gloucestershire, GL11 4BJ.
It will be on grass; people need to bring gazebo weights, Guy ropes and pegs to guard against wind.
We are unable to provide any power on site
We will aim to confirm your booking and provide further details within 2 weeks.

Please upload proof of your Public Liability Insurance and, if a Food Vendor, provide your Food Hygiene Licence Number and Certificate. Food Hygiene Ratings must be 3 Stars or above.
We reserve the right to refuse Stall Holders who do not provide proof of Public Liability Insurance, Food Hygiene Licence (if applicable) or a Risk Assessment.
Risk Assessments are mandatory for your shop/stall, Parent and Carer Alliance is not responsible for accidents or incidents occurring at individual stalls.

The operation of any food business/stall must comply with the Food Hygiene England Regulations 2013 and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. In addition, please indicate which local authority you are registered with. This is only applicable to food sold for consumption on the day. Please note stalls offering high risk foods, e.g., burgers/ meat products, sandwiches, etc. must have appropriate hand wash and sanitising facilities in place.
Natasha’s Law. All food outlets are required to provide full ingredient lists with clear allergen labelling on Pre-Packed for Direct Sale foods (PPDS). PPDS is food that is prepared, prepacked and offered or sold to consumers on the same premises.
Stall Requirements
Please specify your Gazebo/Stall Size so that a pitch can be allocated to accommodate your stall properly.
Prices are dependent upon size of stall.
Local organisations, artisans, and businesses will be given priority.
Please NOTE:
All Vendors are responsible for their own rubbish, and that created by their customers. Please supply appropriate bins & bags for customers waste and remove these from site at the end of the event.
We are not able to provide any power on site. If you do require power then you will need to make your own generator arrangements and please let us know.
