🥪 Important Lunch Information

Packed lunches will be available to collect between 10:00am and 11:30am.

Please make sure you arrive during this time if you require a lunch. Unfortunately, anyone arriving after 11:30am will not be able to collect a lunch, as we will not be able to hold lunches beyond the collection period  - please bring a bag to collect the food

Cancellations – Please Let Us Know

If you are unable to attend an event you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer your space to another family.

Bookings from families who have previously booked an event but did not attend and did not notify us of their cancellation may be reviewed before future bookings are confirmed.

This helps us make sure that valuable spaces are available for families who need and will use the support we provide.
